Poetry: Suffering

Time would be fatal
if it were not standing still.
Clouds would grow grayer
if the sun had freewill.
Tears would fall more often
if heartbreak was less expected.
Reality would become more real
if not constantly directed.
Chaos would become less common
if not the main ingredient to control.
Smiles would grow much wider
if these pieces formed a whole.
Life would be much different
if I led a different life.
You're life, too, would be much different
if you'r back ached like mine
from this knife.
