Free Antivirus Software

Have you ever wondered why you are with those software providers like Nortan when you could get software for free that is basically as good?

Well here are two companies that provide you with FREE antivirus solutions...

AVG Antivirus: www.grisoft.com

Provides a basic protection of your computer. Their FREE software is currntly being used by millions of people worldwide and is proven to work.

This software can be limiting though, it does not provide a firewall and does not support multiple languages. It also does not come with any technical support.

I would rate it a 5/10 (0 being worst,5 average and 10 perfect)

Avast Antivirus: www.avast.com

Provides fully featured Antivirus that in my opinion is very efficient and powerful. Their FREE software is being put into use very successfully all over the world.

Their are no real limitations for this software and i was and am very pleased with it.

I would rate it 7/10

There are some other free anti virus software solutions but these are two of the most widely known and proven to work ones.
