yes it is. Fisa the federal Intelligence security act of 1978.
passed by Jimmy carter at that time was meant to be used on Foreign nationals
here in the united states. under Fisa the president is suppose to go to
the fisa court and prove that the person in Question is doing something
Illegally. and is a threat to this country's natl, Security. where the
president has been bypassing this law and just going out and tapping the
Phones of Foreign nationals." and with out there knowledge which invades there
Privacy and there rights" yes I support the patriot Act." but not to use it
against peoples Privacy and rights." just because a few in Wash, think it is
for our good." and yes I know the president has 48 hours to do this before
going to court. but he is suppose to still go to the court to inform them
he did not even do this."
