My Truth (The first angel)
Tears of hate run free.
Nothing here is real.
Death is all I see.
Pain is all I feel.
Bloody limbs coat the ground.
This carnage rots and bleeds.
They are at last unbound.
The creature still it feeds.
I alone am yet alive.
My companions freed from hell,
Into cool clear waters dive.
As from that land I fell.
Death it calls its sweet release.
But I will not partake.
This pain for me will never cease.
Remorse I cannot fake.
Though it feeds on their remains.
I it will not touch.
Repentant souls it still drains.
And I don't count as such.
I am proud for what I've done.
No pain will change my mind.
What I did wan not for fun.
No guilt in me you'll find.
What took place was justified.
No matter what they say.
To understand I know they tried.
But for their lack I pay.
For years I've walked this rotten land.
It has become my friend.
The creature feeds now from my hand.
My soul will never bend.
I laugh for pain no longer binds.
Time has lost its hold.
Pleasure hell no longer finds.
They are not as bold.
Though I've never killed for fun.
All now fear my name.
For I walk now through the sun.
Death has lost its fame.
Fear they now my rise to power.
They still don't understand.
To them I seem to tower.
But as equals we both stand.
Legend drives this fear of theirs.
Though pain I've never caused.
Their hate through me tears.
In their rage they've not yet paused.
I see the sun and taste the rain.
Just like their children do.
They fear because we are the same.
We have the right to do.
To choose our path and what is right.
To breathe and change the stars.
For a different path I fight.
And they can see my scars.
I wanted them to know
Not just one way exists
For that I take the blow.
As their god insists.
One day they will understand.
And I will be absolved.
But till that time I stand.
My life unresolved.

A Pear Unborn
It must be something to do with the day
the month the year,
and not me.
It must be...

Tell Me, Where Are The Angels?
Tell me, what is it that allows you to breathe, when your lungs are filled with hot air from
The darkness, my comfortable shield
Shut out the world, noise,
Constant confusion, and pain.

I have shaded the windows to my soul
with the darkest death of night
so that you can not peer inside
and see my raw, blood

By the Wayside
When days have turned to darkness
And nothing dries my tears
Will I slip into madness?
Will no one calm my fears?
