Getting your family to work together as a team

How to get the family to work together as a team. First you must make it a team. Select a team captain as if you was getting ready to play a game. The team captain should be the leader of the house(Dad). Mom's put a plan together and hand it over to dad. Dad preps, and get the family together. The family should sit down once a week on what chores everybody should have to do. Parents hand out "FREE DAY" cards. These are cards that everyone can use one day out of the week to relax and do nothing. This will help everyone to know what is expected of them. Do a family day as well. Games with each other will teach you how to work together. Praying, bible study, singing, dancing will allow you too see each others personalities. That will help everyone learn what each other like and don't like. Also sit down once a month and do eliminations. Eliminations are taking something negative that you saw in the family and get reed of it. Make a box and name it elimination and what ever goes in the box should not happen again. Maybe a few times, but you will see it slowly going away. Start to plan things with the kids and letting them put their input in as well. That will let the children know that they have a big role in the family as well. The more you practice doing things together, then it will become a habit that will not be broken. That will be something to pass along to generations to come.
