New fashion trends: Are hats making a comeback in 2008?

I think hats are defiantly making a comeback in 07'. Hat sales have gone up 100% now that summer is rolling around. You have the tennis visors, big floppy beach hats, and of course, the classic baseball cap.
And then of course now days, every time you see a commercial, weather for perfume, clothes, or jewelery, there are people wearing adorable hats! That makes it easier to find what hat is your style, and then go out hat hunting!
The main reason I like to wear hats, is because they fit my personality. I am 14. Kids my age all want to dress the same, talk the same, BE the same in most aspects of there lives. I am not one of those kids. OH sure I would kill for Aropostle or a new pair of ballet flats, but I also like to stay unique. That is why I always get "different" looking hats. It makes it easier for me to stand out and be an individual. I think that is important to everyone.
