How to become the next Einstein

I fail to understand why people say its impossible to become the next einstien. I have a read about his life and must admit he was someone with immense talent-even thats an understatement but moving on to the point i believe each individual has some potential in some field, the only problem is that we often spent an entire lifetime in figuring out what that is and sometimes dont even manage to do that. Einstien was different in that respect for right from childhood he worked wonders in subjects like maths and physics but its upto us to create and innovate things. I beleive that even today there are many more einstiens in their own fields. All noble winners, all market leaders and more importantle all dedicated workers are all einstiens who havent recieved as much recognition as they deserve. We should continue working hard even if we dont get the appreciation cause atleast then we can say we gave it our best which is exactly what einstien did.
