The mystery of substance abuse and other existing addictions,
There is usually a mystery with substance abuse and other
addictions along the way. What that mystery is we don't know,
we don't have the capacity to see beyond it. For all we see
is the addiction, is the alcohol, or the drug that we are
constantly addicted to. All we see is what we know, we follow
that pattern, but then we want to break that pattern. We want
to break the chains of bondage that bound us. Where we don't
want to be in that delimma anymore. The mystery is the addiction
part of it, you want more and more, you can't stay away from it,
being alcohol or drugs.
The mystery is being able to stay away from it, not to take
that drink or drug. There are so many substance abuse, existing
addictions that are tempting, out there in the world today. If
only we wouldn't be so tempted that's the mystery of it. To find
the mystery then we can lick the problem, we won't have to go back
to it. We can take the problem away but then it keeps coming back
to us. The mystery is to keep that substance abuse away for good,
and not have to take it again.
