10 things you shouldn't eat if you want to lose weight

Anything that is laced with fat content should be hoisted into your trashcan!

Fast food companies are attempting to comply with health food regulations and also ease the obesity crisis the world now is experiencing ,yet fried food is still fried food, so too is pizza. Highly fattening, and not so nutritional.

1)fish is so often thought healthy, yet if it is still cooked in fat, forget it.
2) hot dogs are full of grizzle, nine times out of ten. and highly fat filled
3) bread is full of starch and goes straight to the hips.Try water crackers instead!
4) coke is full of sugar and caffeine drink mineral water. water or green tea.
5) milkshakes and thick-shakes are fat laced drinks usually made with ice-cream
6) donuts are fried/cooked in fat, and are laced with sugar forget them
7) cakes are full of flour (starch) sugar and usually more sugar when iced
8) Pancakes again high in fat and with maple syrup etc extremely high in sugar
9) cooked chips, scallops and deep fried seafood
10) packet chips are extremely high in fat having been deep fried
