10 things you shouldn't eat if you want to lose weight

The top 10 things you should not eat while trying to loose weight.

1. Sugar-reduce your sugar intake as much as possible.
2. White Flour-eat whole grains, they are full of fiber and nutrients, they will fill you up and reduce cravings.
3. Processed Foods-the more natural the better. Home made food always has more nutrients and lets chemical additives.
4. Donuts-The are extremely high in calories and fat.
5.Juice-It is always better to eat your calories...unless you make the juice yourself with no added sugar.
6. Pop-one can of pop has calories equal to one healthy meal.
7. Bread-you really need to reduce the amount of bread, especially if you eat more than 2 slices a day.
8. Fried Food-too many extra unnecessary calories.
9. Chips-empty calories, they never fill you up.
10. Gravies and Sauces-hundreds of calories and added to your meal with gravies and sauces.
