Yes!This is truth.
I`m writing because this is true , and this thing happened to me.
I have a separate situation, and really I was hurt a loot. To tell DH truth I was an a deep depression. I can`t eat, I can`t sleep. I was confused and I loose almost,20 pound or more.
I was in very bad condition.
Immediately,my family call me for one relax in my country,Europe.
I stay about two week, and after I come back. I start to work.
After some days, I go in one art store, and bay all tools the colors and every thing I needed, for painting.
After eight hours work, I sit and worked about 8-9 hours, only just eat something and worked.Was very difficult.
After two or three months I paint almost 12-13 painting.
Slowly, I feel better, and start to sleep, and eat and I come an normal life.
This is real and truth,without hesitation, I can call ART THERAPY.
