It seems in any sort of relationship, (dating, friends, related), a man will come off as lying to you. Partially it is their fault because with out honesty what kind of a relationship do the both of you have. In other thoughts it can be difficult for a man to tell the truth, especially with women, when the other person is striving for a different answer. Besides it isn't just men who lie....

I have seen plenty of lying going on in all sorts of relationships and lately it's the women lying. I really don't think people lie to hurt others more so they lie to avoid hurting that person. When it comes to somebody they love, it intensifies the lying thought by thousands making it almost impossible to avoid lying to avoid hurt reactions. Though it seems we hear more often men lying about cheating, stealing etc., women who lie aren't really heard about that often. Perhaps, men don't want to admit they had been lied to or hurt themselves.

If you think about it, there really is no sense in lying because the other person will eventually find out. No matter what situation you find yourself in, there really is no use in cheating, stealing or lying.

So, why do men lie? Simply they just may be trying to be nice, avoid hurt/angry reactions to their actions, and attempting to get their way through manipulating. None of these reason's are right though we can't really blame the men who lie to avoid women getting upset. If women or men could take the truth a little better we would all be better off.
