I'm gay, and meeting other gay males isn't easy, specifically those who don't just want sex. So when I met Brandon I thought it was love. It wasn't. So I kept dating around. Then I met Stephen and he was the one for me. For two weeks. I kept dating.

About 2 months ago I decided to stay single. Let love find me, take things easy. Two weekends ago I found him. The only problem is he lives a few hours away. But teenage love is this. Love. Just plain love. And how do I know it's love?

Because I felt thunderstorms break, and wind roaring and tearing at me. I felt like crying and screaming and singing and dancing. It was like the clouds broke and shone down on this boy, it was like a deafening roar, and silence too. I felt hot, and frozen, I felt heavy and light as helium. It was different. I felt electricity playing over and in my skin, and I saw his eyes change when he looked at me. It was the first time I have ever felt shy. We speak almost everyday and it just seems to be growing, we'll be seeing each other soon again. He has the face of an angel, and just looking at him makes me think that I could be with him always, best friends, lovers, and everything. He is my first love. And to be honest, I don't think teenage love, or Love in general, gets much better than this.

This is truly first love.
