In the Mid 1980's I remember when Eddie Brock aka Venom was introduced into the scene. I was probably 15 or 16 years of age,like Peter Parker, Eddie Brock was anxious enough as well as desperate enough to be the Lead Photographer of J.Jonah Jameson and if it meant getting rid of Peter Parker to acclaimed that goal, so be it. It was the Secret Wars Limited Series that reader saw the black costume that Spider-Man wanted to form a new costume and he did and the result was a New Costume that really impressed me when I first saw it. Little did Spider-Man knew that the

costume that he designed was a Living alien symboiate that alters the Characteristics of one's personality. In the fights between Spider-Man and Venom we always saw the hero prevailed, but there were some instances we saw the alien,whom consumed with Eddie Brock put up a lot of close calls that nearly defeated everybody's favorite webslinger. Venom is the darker version of Spider-Man as far size and strengths are concerned. He is meaner than Spider Man , More of an self preservationist than Spider-Man plus he can shape shifted into form of material he choose. I choose Spider-Man because as a Scientist, Peter Parker will more than likely find a way to defeat his greatest Archenemy by using his intelligence that he was blessed with. In Spider Man 3 I always wonder how could a living thing hate a human being? I got my answer when I saw Eddie Brock got consumed with the Symboiate and unified his envy of Peter Parker with the chaotic hatred and form the perfect match . Spider-Man would also get the advice of other such as Dr.Curt Connors and others to always get the proper knowledge and tools to beat his enemy. For those who never saw the movie, the Cartoon show and never read the Comics now is a good as time as any to see good triumph over evil.
