Before I give anyone advice about anything I would have to know what you are going through. If you are a "party girl" most likely you are outgoing,like to be advetuous,meet new people. It is more tough in socity to be a female I hate to admit it but when it comes to partying males have less to worry about. So girl if your going out, don`t go alone. There`s nothing wrong inviting some friends. If you drink have a sobor friend give you a lift home. If you accept a drink from someone it is flattering but you do have to be cautious. Ladies I`m not saying to be paranoid. There are jerks who would lace your drink if they could. So have a friend there just incase. Even when you need to use the bathroom. Ladies do not drink and drive. Make sure get home. If you "hook" up with a stud be smart and use a condom,even if you have to stsh one in your bra. No excuses. "No glove no love". As of money do not bring all of your paycheck. All you need is about 20 bucks. So give yourself a budget 20 is enough to grab a bite to eat,buy yourself a drink. Go out have a fun and safe time.
