Why pursue an Associate's degree?

The main reason is that it will get you out into the job market faster. and after that you can still pursue a Bachelors degree on your own terms. The second reason in some states all the basic classes offered use the same text books as the major colleges or universities. By this the basic classes are less expensive and you will already have those classes out of your way when you attend the larger college or university. This is especially true in Oklahoma where the basic English or math classes are the same weather taken at the institution which offers the associates degree,or at the University. In short you will save yourself a ton of tuition money.
The main reason the Associates degree is so appealing is that you will have two years of work experience ahead of the regular college graduate competing for your job.
