Songs: Struggle in life

You try and try to forget,
But your mind keeps hanging on,
And the pain and tears you let,
Can't see the sunrise for the dawn.
You simply can't stop the feelings,
And emotions natural bred.
The rain pours from the skies,
And your eyes,
You've no place to lay your head.
Is this Life?
What've I got to live for?
To watch everything die?
Spit Death in the eye,
Don't just lay down and cry;
It ain't what your mind says,
Listen to your heart instead.
'Cause Life is short,
And there's a lot more,
Than just this to live for.

Can't stop Life from being,
Can't stop the ebb and flow;
One doctor changes blind to seeing,
One life must let go.
A fine line in Life and Death,
Dividing one from the other.
The key to that line's where you stand,
In your hand,
In lovin' or hatin' your brother.

Is this Life?
What've I got to live for?
To watch everything die?
Spit Death in the eye,
Don't just lay down and cry;
It ain't what your mind says,
Listen to your heart instead.
'Cause Life is short,
And there's a lot more,
Than just this to live for.

Yeah, you better believe,
There's a lot more,
Than just this to live for...
