CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIE
This recipe is so easy you will use it all the time.
Crust
1 cup club crackers, crushed, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 stick butter. Mix together and put into a pie pan, pressing it down firmly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Filling
1 package instant chocolate pudding, 2 pints vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup milk. Mix well and pour filling into pie shell. Put into the freezer and freeze until solid. Top with whipped topping before serving.
