Superman would easily defeat Batman in a fight. Superman has super strength, speed, and can fly. On the other hand, Batman is literally a man dressed as a bat. He has no superpowers whatsoever. He simply has a few pecuniary assets which enable him to purchase some fancy equipment. We might as well be asking who would win in a fight between Superman and Bill Gates!

Lets compare some of the things the two have: Batman has the Batmobile as a mode of transportation. Superman can fly "faster than a speeding bullet". I'd say Superman wins thats round, considering the Batmobile only covers ground areas whereas Superman's flying can access a much larger variety of things, and more quickly. Superman has such abilities as superhuman strength. Batman has such abilities as being able to throw a hook over a ledge to climb it. Need I say more?

I believe it is very obvious that Superman would blow Batman to smithereens in a fight with his eyes closed. Batman is simply an average Joe like you or me; Could you defeat Superman if you were rich? I didn't think so. I rest my case.
