Achieving peace of mind

Peace of mind is a heavenly gift. It is a mantle that is given from above. Only God can give you true peace of mind. What is it? It is the complete absence of stress and worry. It is in complete sane, and controlled peace and the lack of over concern about anything.

Remember when they were in the boat with Jesus? Jesus was asleep in the middle of a storm. Thats peace of mind! The bible states that when you keep your mind consistently firmly on Him He will will give you peace. And peace that surpasses understanding. Amazing peace.

Peace is the constant quiet of spirit and mind that is not easily ruffled by anything, or disturbed by any report. Peace is a God-given gift that only He can give, or sublime restoration and relaxation of the mind and spirit of man.

Peace doesn't have to have everything in order to have peace. It doesn't have to have everything perfect or everything present to be happy.

"Shalom" is what some say to mean "peace" in salutation, but there is part of meaning of Shalom that means peace, nothing missing-nothing broken. Peace, meaning that you have everything that you need and are in want of nothing. A complete, whole, sense of self, with no self-doubting and faith concerning all things being an indication of perfect peace.

It is not something that can be achieved only received.
