The benefits of exercise

There are many benefits of exercise. It will help you lose weight, boost your metabolism, burn fat, and gain energy. Research shows that all you need is 30 minutes a day of aerobic activity to stay healthy and fit. Along with a healthy diet.

Exercise is very important to your health. It may reduce the risk of some cancers, and other diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and reduces diabetes and depression. It can also give you a sence of self confidence, improve your sex life, and make you look great in that sleeveless shirt and that backless dress.

There are 2 types of exercise, aerobic activity and strength training. Aerobic activity improves your cardiovascular system, increases blood supply, gives you more energy and the ability to use more oxygen, reduces body fat, and improves weight control. Strength training increases muscular strength, and improves balance, flexibility, and coordination.

It's never to late to improve your healthy and reap the benefits of exercise. If all you need is 30 minutes of exercise a day to stay or get healthy, then what are you waiting for?
