hot seat for next season if not lose his job.
The Cleveland Browns had one of the best drafts in recent memory. By drafting Joe Thomas and Brady Quinn they acheived the impossible: drafting two franchise players in the first round of the draft. I predict that Thomas and Quinn will save Romeo Crennel's job. I also predict Brady Quinn will be the starter before the season is over. He will be running in Cleveland an offense similiar to the one he ran at Notre Dame under Charlie Weis. I don't think he is the next Tom Brady because he trained under Charlie Weis but I do believe he will a solid quarterback. If the Browns take advantage of the talent they have in Cleveland they will be a good two-three years away from being a top contender. I don't Crennel will be their coach when all of this happens, I predict that it will Joe Barry, Detroit's current defensive coordinater.
Finally we have the Pittsburgh Steelers. I am expecting great thing from new head coach Mike Tomlin. I have followed his career since his days as defensive backs coach in Tampa Bay. I believe he will continue the legacy of Chuck Noll and Bill Cowher. That said I believe the Steelers are poised to do some big things this year. It is going to be tough but I think they can win their division with tough, rough, fundamental football. Look for a strong team with defense led by Tomlin and defensive coordinator Dick Lebeau and "Big Ben" Roethlisberger and Hines Ward carrying the offense.
It will be a rough and tumble division but look for the Steelers to win it, Ravens second, the Browns third, and the Bengals forth.
