Waking up in the morning with a sense of dread is often a feeling of millions. The realisation that its now a Monday does kick the Monday Blues right into action. Like the face of a Kamikaze pilot taking his last few breaths you boldly put on your work clothes and walk out of the door for the nightmare commute into work.
Yep you guessed it before you have even got there traffic queues, leaves on the line and grumpy bus drivers that smell of last nights curry all await you before you have even swiped in. Upon arrival its the usual fake smiles abound as you make casual chat with the 'office guys and gals' and pretend that you are actually going to have a positive day. The vending machines gives you your hit of cheap not fair trade coffee and with a million caffeine cells racing through your body your adrenaline kicks in and you start your working week.
Now if like me you have ever worked in a call centre you are well aware of deadlines, sales, targets criteria and call handling by the way the beep in your ear from the headset doesn't it start to sound like 'boob' the longer you are there or is it me?
So the flurry of the day rushes past and every hour feels like 3 weeks and you regularly check your pulse to see if you are still alive you need help and you need it fast!
Here is my guide as both a practicing Witch (no not the type with a pointy hat on although i do have a broom!) Clairvoyant and Reiki Master to get you through no matter what line of work you are in!
1, If you are experiencing people talking about you at work and it is effecting you first of all you need to do everything you practically can to sort this out, there is nothing worse than office chit chat and it can lead to lots of uncomfortable atmospheres and lets face it you spend nearly 40 hours a week at work why should you have to sit in a eggy atmosphere! Join a Trade Union, see your rights and where you can try and have a clearing the air team meet up. Failing that you can resort to magical techniques to protect yourself.
Technique 1. Visualise yourself in a blue bubble make sure it goes over your head and under your feet. Psychically what this does is sends any negativity aimed at you 'back to sender' it also lets you remain level headed and unaffected by what others say or think about you, making you able to concentrate on the task in hand and get that promotion you need!
Technique 2, Put a cactus plant on your desk (a tiny one not a huge 9ft one!) the spikes actively pop any nasty thoughts or comments
