Possible health benefits of crying

Possible health benefits of crying, is good to let it all out, to let
your emotions wear out on your sleeve. When you cry you are healing
your heart. You are opening a channel that will allow yourself to feel.
When you feel then you can heal, you can mend a broken heart more quicker,
more easier then keeping it all in. There is nothing like a good cry when
your feeling sad, for when your crying you are showing that you are only


human. For crying is all within us, and when we cry we are letting people
know that we are sad, we aren't happy with the current situation. We are
told not to cry, but then we are told that we can cry, that it is good for
the cleansing of the soul.
When we cry we are cleansing our soul, we are feeling, we are showing,
that there is release. For when we cry we are releasing that part of us,
that part that wants to hold back, but don't hold back, for we all got to
have faith, we all got to believe that crying is the solution. It's the
solution to us becoming more happier, more better, more in tune, in sync
with our innerself. We cry when we are hurt, when we care, when we are
consumed with too much feeling, the feeling is too strong, we cry, we show
our tears, our fears, our emotions are all over the place. Then we know
By The Grace of God he will show us a better way, to being able to let the
tears subside, and let God abide in our hearts.
