Scene It is an interactive board game with dvd movie trivia questions and clips. As a game the original Scene It edition is like a combination of Monopoly and Trivial Pursuit with the dvd element thrown in. The original is great for adults and teenagers but is likely to leave younger members of the family mystified.

Based on this, there is now not only the original edition but 13 other versions of the game based around TV or movies with several especially for children such as the Disney Edition, Junior Edition, Harry Potter Edition and the Nickelodeon Edition. These are still great fun for the whole family.

Adults have not been forgotten either with the James Bond Edition, Friends Edition and Sports Edition.

One aspect of the game is the "Buzz" cards. These are similar to Community Chest cards in Monopoly but certainly seem to produce more negative results go back 3 places than positive and introduced an interesting element to the game of trying to avoid winning a Buzz card in my family. As winning an "all play" question results in a Buzz card it is a contest of whether someone who knows the answer can resist showing off their superior knowledge!

In summary, Scene It is a highly entertaining family game, perfect for spending time together and getting everyone involved. The game reminds you of much loved, and hated, films you had forgotten.
