Foot scrub is essential as it may help to relax your tired legs. Giving a good scrub to your feet can help your feet to maintain its beauty and to be flexible. Anyone can make a good foot scrub but it needs to me much more richer in composition than hand creams.
Ingredients for foot scrub:
1/3 banana
2 tbsp almond oil
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp coarse brown sugar
1 tbsp oat meal
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Soak your feet in a bucket of warm water with added common salt and lemon juice for about 5 min. Use the above scrub mixture and scrub in circular motion through out the feet. Wrap a towel dipped in warm water and apply slight pressure.
Remove the towel and wash your feet in warm water. This home made scrub recipe will leave your feet soft and relaxed.
