CHICKEN MARENGO
This is a very easy recipe that your family will love!
1 whole frying chicken cut into pieces or 5 chicken breasts
1 can whole onions - 16 small
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
Brown floured chicken in a small amount of oil. Add soups, mix well, add onions and simmer about 45 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
