First of all, let me ask you this question. Are you sure you want to get married to your boyfriend in the first place? I don't mean this in a bad way, but I'm just wondering if you've thought about it. Are you in love with the idea of a wedding or a marriage, which are obviously two different things. If you are really ready to spend the rest of your life with your boyfriend then good for you, but I don't think there's really any way to make your boyfriend to propose to you. You should wait until he feels it's the right time for him to do it, ie. when he's ready, he'll definitely propose to you.

There are sneaky ways to make him propose, however, and this can be done by:
1. Giving him an ultimatum. For example, set a date, if he hasn't proposed to you by a certain date, you break up.
2. Get pregnant to the guy. But this is not foolproof, as he can be one of those guys with no heart and just decides to dump you as he's not ready for the responsibility.

I don't recommend doing any of the above though. After all a marriage should be a union made when both parties are ready to make the commitment. So just wait it out, and when he's ready, he'll pop the question. It'll be better this way as there's no pressure. Unless of course you've been going out for 10 years and there's still no rock on your finger, then you'll need to question him about his future plans with you.
