Vanilla Fruit Smoothies
These are delicious, healthy smoothies that are excellent as part of your breakfast, part of your diet, or just an easy way to eat multiple servings of fruit! This can be made year-round because the berries are frozen and the bananas can always be found.
You will need:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract (may add slightly more if you prefer a stronger flavor)
8 ice cubes
How to make:
1. Put everything in a blender.
2. Blend!
This recipe makes two large smoothies.
