Grooming the groom: A guy's guide to pampering

It's a big day for the groom too! Not everyone will be focused exclusively on her. Men, you need to make sure that you look and feel your best for the big day! Most men don't even consider it, but a day at a spa will do wonders for your appearance, as well as help you relax and prepare for the big day. At a spa, you can have your hair cut, receive a shave, and have your hands and feet pampered.

First thing you will want to do is make sure that you have a fresh hair cut. When you are in the stylist chair, pay attention to the style of the cut. Go ahead and purchase a few products to take home and try. It will be easier to style your hair if you have the right products.

The day of the wedding you can receive an old time shave with a straight razor and hot foam from your barber. This shave not only feels splendid, but you will be smoother than a baby's bottom, and ready to dance cheek to cheek all night long.

Most photo albums contain pictures of the bride and groom's hands with their new wedding rings on. You will want to make sure that your hands look picture perfect by getting a manicure. This remove any unsightly hangnails, and your hands will feel soft when you and your new bride are holding hands all night.

While you are at it, go ahead and treat your feet. It's a great and inexpensive way to relax. Plus, the first night you spend in wedded bliss, you won't be scratching your new bride with long toenails or rough heels. Since beaches are such a popular honeymoon destination you can go from wedding ready to beach ready in a heartbeat.

Don't forget, your new bride will have eyes only for you. Help encourage a little more snuggle time with a nice fragrance and fresh breath. Don't skimp in this area now!

Relax, have a good time, and remember, she loved you before you got all pretty!
