Spinach Artichoke Dip
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced or put through a garlic press
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9" round cake pan.
Combine artichoke hearts, spinach, cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
