Asking who would win between Superman and Batman is like asking who would win if it was a battle between Godzilla or Mothra. They're both so powerful, you wouldn't want to risk making either one of them mad and have them stomp you to death or something. However, if I had to pick, it would be Superman by a hair.
Let's look at the facts:
Batman's a millionaire who could have any weapon made to his desires and whims. Superman is basically an alien with super strength and not to mention that he can fly. Sure the Clark Kent disguise might be dorky, but he's also a journalist too.
Of course...that's the fan girl in me talking.
Superman has Lois Lane and the staff of the Daily Planet on his side. Batman has a teenage boy and an old butler. Sure Batman may look all super cool with his Dark Knight persona, but Superman is a good old fashioned, butt-kicking hero who doesn't need any gadgets in order to whoop the enemy.
