without witnesses, there is no disciplinary action by a teacher who feels he or she still has the right to manhandle our children. Cyber Charter Schools and better home schooling courses in general have give parents the freedom and the power to instill their morals and values into their children, instead of our children learning from a wanna be hippie who thinks it's okay to do drugs. Take control of your power and use it to better your child's education, lifestyle and development.

I made the decision 2 years ago to remove my children from a school filled with teachers who either did not care to change the system or could not change the system alone. I have never regretted this decision. I watch the news, I see entirely too many school shootings, bomb warnings, gang fights and more to ever let them go back to a situation that will turn my warm, loving, well-mannered and somewhat disciplined children into punks and hooligans. Yes, it does take away some of my quiet time, my chore time, my me time...but didn't we know that we were giving that up when we became parents? I would much rather have 5 very safe children, then worry for 8 hours a day about who is teaching my child what.
