The question you must ask yourself is "What is quantum physics?" In general quantum physics deals with the invisible quanta energy. If someone were to find means of controlling this energy it may be possible to do many things. If the quanta energy has been around as long as the earth it may have retained or copied fragments of energy from past ages. If you could find a way to tap into, or control this energy you may be able to splice the fragmented energy from the rest and split or tear a hole in the particle. Such a tear may cause a rip in the fabric of the physical world, possibly causing glimpses or travel into other points in time.

There are points in the quanta that are more focused with energy particles. Some ancient people located these high points in energy and marked them out with stones, relics and other important things. Some quantum physists believe it may be possible to use the quanta to travel form high point to high point. Though, without any manor of controlling the energy you would end up at a random destination if you do at all. You may just wander in nonexistent space forever.

In all reality though the quanta may be uncontrollable and have no determinable outcome if it is used. So in summary time travel is feasible, but in our current age of technology, impossible to control.
