I think that the number one tip for losing weight during the summer is to constantly keep moving around. Don't be couch potatoes and just sit and eat. After every meal exercise after wards. I lost 30 pounds last summer was I was at my grandma's house. How did i do it, I went for a swim after every meal, for you people that don't have a swimming pool, you don't even need one you could just go to the beach or YMCA. I also went for walks all the time. This was in Florida and I was always sweating. That's very important to make sure that you are constantly sweating. That makes it so that your pores open up more. Its great for your skin and hels you lose that unwanted fat at the same time. Every little walk really counts allot. For you people that have issues with down sizing your meals, I know its very hard but there are ways of doing it without starving your self. What I did was What I normally would have ate, I ate half of that amount. Its takes about up to a week to start getting used to it and after that your life will change. There's no need for spending money on weight watchers and all of the scams on television. You simply do 20 crunches after every snack and meal and you are good to go. I promise you it will make a significant difference in your life.
