A good nail polish will never last forever and depending on the individual's activity level with their hands, i.e., washing dishes, heavy detergents, the type of work they do, etc., even the best polish will chip quickly after application. In my opinion, the best polishes offer the richest colors and a line of products that promote nail health.

I have had manicures, pedicures and done my own nails for many years, and the very best products are the OPI line for polish, top coat and base coat. The colors are vibrant and the polish long lasting with care. In addition, OPI offers a wonderful anti-fungal treatment which I unfortunately had to utilize after a bad pedicure. This line in comparison to many others I have used at home, including some very high end brands, has always lasted longer, looked better and helped my overall nail health.

If you have trouble growing your nails, as I did being a constant nail biter, the Develop 10 nail treatment is the best nail strengthener and growth aid I have tried (and believe me I've tried them all). Putting this on your nails every day will grow your nails strong and long. Being a nail biter, I first had to quit myself of the habit and had tips put on. This successfully stopped me from biting because 1) they're fake and it just doesn't have the same appeal; and 2) they looked so pretty I did not want to ruin them. With the tips on, every day I put the Develop 10 on my nails and behind the tips. Within two weeks, my nails had grown strong and beautiful. Once the tips were removed, I had a terrific set of nails that I never wanted to ruin with biting again.
