Gay/lesbian people have been around a long time and they should be given a chance to live in peace. You know it was not only the Jews who were persecuted in the Holocaust but also homosexuals and they have gone through enough to be able to love each other. Now personally I'm straight but I have many gay/lesbian friends and they seem fine to me, they respect that I'm not like them and I respect them. They have never once tried to come on to me and if in the future they do try then I can tell them without remorse that I don't swing that way. It is true that the bible does say that marriage is a sacred union between man and woman, but it also says that love is the foundation of any healthy relationship. What if the person can't find that love in the opposite sex what if he feels more in love and alive with someone of the same sex would that really be so awful. I believe gays/lesbians have been picked on long enough, we need to give them the chance to interact with our world, they are still people you know and just because they are different and have different tastes than us doesn't mean we have to criticize everything they do because believe it or not the straight side does some pretty insane things as well. We might think that we are the best race in the world but if we truly were we wouldn't be fighting over something as stupid as somebody's sexual preferences. Here's a piece of advice: leave them be and they will not fight you, but if you get them mad they can and will strike back because even if they are different they are the same race and they can hurt us too.
