Satire: Need
Article ToolsIn this modern world, need is so over rated. The word need is now a state of mind and the result of peer pressure.
Most people think of need as a materialized item that they have to have in order to compete with other people in this world.
It isn't the basics anymore; water, food, shelter, fire, air, and earth. The modern world has put a stall on the less fortunate by creating luxuries that people don't want to live without. Electricity is a great example, everyone thinks that they need it, but it is not a thing that is crucial to living. It is just really helpful.
Need is now a classification that coincides with want. Acceptance is it's main motivator.
Simple as that!
