My favourite online radio station is Pandora (www.pandora.com). It's easy to use and it plays music that YOU like. All you have to do is tell it which songs or artists are currently floating your boat and - hey presto- it produces a radio station which plays music which it thinks will appeal to you. If you don't like a song, just give it the 'thumbs down' and it won't get played again. If you really like a song, you can add it to a list and you can go back to that list whenever you like. Personally I like to keep the link to my list pretty handy - it's useful for referring to when I do my online shopping or when my birthday is near!

I could say nice things about this site all day, but I will say only one more before I move on... Pandora has helped to me to discover many different bands which I probably wouldn't listen to otherwise (my already large CD Collection continues to expand!).

There are, of course, other online radio stations lurking around, but so far none have pleased me as much as Pandora. However, there is one more which I feel I need to mention. I recently found and became a member of a site called MP3artistsonline.com. It's an up and coming site which features unsigned artists (of all genres) that just want to get their music 'out there'. So far it doesn't have many members or contributing artists, but I really hope that things pick up because I think it's a wonderful idea!
