I've lived as a large woman all my life. I notice that when I'm comfortable, and confident, my weight is less of an issue for me to deal with socially. Only when I'm withdrawn, and uncomfortable with myself, do I really face the negative attitudes of other people.
I think the bottom line is, and always will be, that no matter your size, color, or financial status... if you are comfortable with yourself, you will then attract people and they will be comfortable with you.

Everyone has a right, to have a preference, and I can't take offense to someone if they are not attracted to me because they don't like the way I look. Beauty on the inside is very important of course, but you can't deny that physical chemistry is also important, and both have to be there for true attraction to take place.

Chemistry is the total of all things, from the scent of someone to the feel of them, the sound of them, and the look of them, and the inner qualities that shine through and expose what kind of soul/heart they have.

No matter what you look like... if you are confident and comfortable with yourself... others will be also. So live large, be happy with who you are, inside and out. If you don't like something about yourself and it's in your power to change it, change it for you, not for anyone else. Life is too short to live it for others, and to try and fit into anyones expectations of what beauty is, or what happy is ... it's what ever you want it to be.
