No, American troops should remain in Iraq forever - the ones who haven't died from radioactive poisoning from Bush's use of depleted uranium weaponry, that is. For one thing, the military has been taking in convicted felons, who have great difficulties in the domestic job market. This is a great way to get them off the streets and couches of America - keep them busy killing Iraqis. Eventually, some of them will marry some of those beautiful Iraqi women left single by the unfortunate demise of their husbands and boyfriends. As most of you know, political correctness has been shoved down our throats here in America, so why not give it full expression in Iraq and let thousands of wonderful Christian-Muslim marriages result? The Mexicans invading this country will be happy to fill any job vacancies created by the permanent disaappearance of hundreds of thousands of young American men, and some of usolder guys can probably think of ways to prevent the young women left behind here from becoming too lonely (normally, I'm deeply religious, but I find that there's something about the utterly frewheeling banditry of the Bush Administration and its policies which has created an alter ego here). If we run out of Iraqis to kill, perhaps America can learn a lesson from the Romans - specifically, Hadrian, as in Hadrian's Wall separating Scotland from England. American troops could be put to the multi-generational task of building a wall around Iraq, keeping its beautiful women, oil, and historical artifacts from the grubby hands of Kurds, Azeris, Baluchis and Pashtuns. The only task remaining to Bush would be to find a Tacitus or Josephus to write down our history as one of benevolence and brilliance. Keep the troops in Iraq forever. Re-name Baghdad Cheney City and build the world's largest graveyard outside the city. You could call it Boot Hill II, but the Iraqis, generally speaking, don't wear boots ("they died with their boots on" was the expression in America's Old West) - we can only hope that Bush picks a competent historian-writer who can come up with a fitting moniker for our accomplishments in Iraq.........I have no particular suggestions here as to what The World's Largest Graveyard should be called, but I do believe that The World's Largest Sign should be placed at its entrance (not Arbeit Mach Frei, since they're all dead) - "Kill Them All And Let God Sort Them Out". You would, of course, want the sign to be printed in English, Arabic, and several other languages. This should keep our troops busy for some time, the remainder of their time being devoted to producing fine multicultural families. Here's to a BETTER WORLD.
