Reincarnation is the release of ones soul into the body of another after death. This why of I would die now, and then I would think and feel everything as myself but be in another body. I personally discard this theory, because in my mind I believe in God as I am Catholic. I believe there is sense to ones physical individuality, and why God chose me to look the way I look. For instance would there be any sense in my physical identity if in the past I have inhabited the bodies of several black women and several white males? Where would my physical identity be really? I would have none. I would just be a soul. I believe it is not just about the soul, but about our genetic origins and roots who make up who we are. Also consider it to be a painful relentless journey of our consciousness to be passed on infinitely. I think the soul is simply our consciousness found in our brain and once that which is also a physical organ dies we as our self dies as well, and that is the end of living soul as we know it. It breaks down into the earth never to be recreated again. I believe our loving creator designed it this way for each person to play a diverse role in life, and for each life to be a unique living experience.
