Poetry: Storms

by HillyBillyB

Created on: May 26, 2007

Dark clouds form and gather,
the day turns into night.
You feel alone and frightened,
I am no where in your sight.
Look for me in lightning,
streaking through the sky,
hear me in the thunder,
as my echoes pass you by.
Feel me in the rain drops,
as I caress your skin.
covering you in my love,
as the storm settles in.
When the skies have brightened,
when you see the rainbow sign,
remember how I loved you,
when the sun failed to shine
