There are some special positions available on the website: They are Core Collector - Operations Officer within the Clandestine Service Trainee Program which pays 52,180 - 71,421. Education: at least a Bachelors Degree and excellent academic record.
The Military Analyst which pays 44,465 - 86,801. Education: a graduate or undergraduate degree in International Security Affairs, or National Security Affairs, G.P.A of 3.0 or higher.
The Technical Operations Officer which pays 54,103 - 79,694. Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering or electrical/electronic engineering with a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Operational Psychologist which pays 79,397 - 121,967. Education: PHD or PsyD in Psychology plus 2 years Post Doctoral experience.
So there are jobs anywhere from an Automobile mechanic which requires a GED or high school diploma and pays 24.29/hr to the Psychologist who can make up to almost 122,000.

Some positions such as the Attorney position are flooded with resumes. They state that if you do not hear from them in 45 days, you were not hired.
Depending on the position and the security issues connected with a position at the CIA, the application process may take from 2 months to a year.
