Pedophilia America's Incurable Epidemic

We are already seven years into another century, and the last two decades of the last century, the 1980's and 1990's, we have seen the rise of an ugly monster that lives in a large number of societies, mostly male, populations. This monster dwells inside, has reared its ugly head and considered a mental illness, has been given the name of Pedophilia.

No matter if, it is a psychosis or not, it is agreed that it is incurable. However, the problem remains, that it is not a terminal illness. Therefore, an individual, with this disease, will never succumb to this disease and it will never be labeled the cause of death on any Death Certificate. The fact that there is no cure for this psychosis still does not lessen the effects it causes in a child's life. It literally can destroy some children and take away their innocence and childhood. Who should be entitled to do that or let alone have the power over a child's life to that degree.

We believe that this is a modern day phenomenon, but is it? We are just touching the surface of how deep in the priesthood this epidemic has run rampant. There are adults who have just recently come forward about their dirty little secret from their pasts, which occurred sometimes 15 to 30 years prior to them coming forward. It was just an unspoken truth back when they were children and taboo to even mention. Nonetheless, we have actual organizations that promote an unnatural love between adults and children.

The media has been bringing into the spotlight, the ongoing investigation into an international superstar like Michael Jackson, who has been accused, not once, but twice of this deviant behavior. This man never had an actual childhood, so one might think that this is the cause of his preoccupation with children. What caused it to turn sexual?

Pedophiles, which are considered heterosexual, NOT HOMOSEXUAL, seem to have these uncontrollable and overwhelming urges to be with children in a sexual manner, usually have less to do with sex and more to do with control. Most people see children as innocent victims who cannot fend for themselves. A predator sees them as an easy to control target of their obsession. Not all of them want to harm or hurt their victim in any way. We have seen cases where, through the whole ordeal of being molested by their molesters, the child is given what ever they want by their controller and often promised more from where that came from if they to keep their little secret.
