This dessert takes next to no prep-time, and is a huge hit.
Ingredients:
- One box ice cream sandwiches (about 12)
- One can whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
Method:
Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 13x9" pan. Cover with a layer of whipped cream, about half an inch. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Lay down another layer of sandwiches. Cover with whipped cream. Drizzle with sauce.
Freeze for at least 2 hours. Cut into pieces. The sandwiches and whipped cream create a lovely layering effect, and the caramel adds some nice flavor.
Options: You can also mix crushed Oreos in with the whipped cream, or fruit.
