Recipes: Ginger cookies

These are the softest ginger snaps in the world. They crack on the top and look very professional.

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
c. margarine
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
c. molasses

Method
Combine ingredients and roll into balls about half the size of a golf ball. Roll in white sugar. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
