Yes! I am a teenager and I feel that if I had not have had sex education, I would have been lost and unsure what to do. People in poorer countries, such as Africa, have children at an extremely young age because they know no better.

Also, being told by somebody about sex education builds up relationships. I am now extremely close to my English teacher, because she helped the school nurse to teach us sex education. I can talk to her about anything now, whereas before we'd barely say "hi."

Teenagers, (though most parents would disagree) are human beings. They have a right to know and be prepared for their future, so that it is not thrown at us. A baby has to learn to walk before it can walk, well teens have to learn basics before they can start their lives!

Finally, in sex education lessons it reasurres me to know that I am not alone in some of the strange and wacky experiences that I am going through, whereas I could have stressed myself worrying about them.

So, message to anyone who may be thinking about stopping there lessons - please don't! They give us a stronger mind of how we were born, how we are growing up etc. They are important and valuable lessons we have to learn.
