Poetry: Dark poems

RAW

A stain repeals the soil in the grove beyond your means.
Silence waits for the echo to bind us to the dream.
As we stand still, the world will never stop for us.
An hourglass silhouette in tribute for the way we breathe.

Remember as you swallow the bullet,
Embers rain on every grave.
Remember one day that you too, will die.
We all share the same fate.

Earth is a sandbox filtered for what does not belong.
Rising aluminum jungles become natures song.
As we stand still, the world will soon be-rid us.
As humans we know not whats right or wrong.

But remember as you swallow the pill,
That you will eventually feel.
Remember we're all forced in this together.
We're all forced to kill.

A world so divided into the killers and the killed.
And this is the world we give to our children.
And as we stand still, darkness grows behind the veil.
All we can blame is ourselves for letting it happen.

And remember as you swallow the pain.
In disgust for the way we are.
Remember that you have the power to persuade.
Power to end the war.
