As a student of the scriptures, I have to say that yes a woman can teach if it is clear she is gifted of God,Joel 2 sons and daughters will prophecy in the last days.
The confusion comes from scripture that says it is a shame for a woman to do so,but
my opinion is, it is ashame to a man that does not have the stones to stand up and preach Christ,but lets his wife do it.You must realize how much the early church was persecuted to understand this scripture,and if the woman was known as a Christian they may have drug her through the streets naked or worse and no man is a man if he lets that happen shame on him,see what i mean. Also Phillip had four virgin daughters

who were all prophetesses.And Paul often spoke of Priscilla and Aquila putting the woman before the man and even had a pet name for her Prisca.Most likely because she was a better bolder teacher.But this is my opinion and not very many churches will go along with this because they have to play one up-man ship every chance they get.Now many read scripture and think that everyone that calls them self a Christian is chosen before the foundations of the world and that is just not so, only those that know 6 come before 7 are chosen as many are ready for Jesus to return and not knowing scripture think it can happen any moment well 666 has to happen before 777 and if you think different you already have the mark of the beast. There are 7 trumps and 7 seals and 7 vials and it says from front to back wait on the Lord don't accept the fake who returns first and if you know this you are chosen and if you don't well you figure it out.Now John was in the spirit on the Lords Day and heard that Trumpet Rev 1-10 so that means he was in the future and saw those things and Satan has not been kick out of Heaven yet and he only has a short time when he does get here(5 months our time of the Locust may through september Rev9)
